• Candidate must possess an associate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience in performing an admin assistant / content management role
  • Candidate must demonstrate being adept in applicable technology (I.e., Microsoft Office Outlook, Project, Excel; SharePoint, Web-Content Management, Visio, Videoconference Preparation
  • Candidate must demonstrate ability to communicate in written and verbal form that is clear, direct and succinct
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize tasks and assigned projects that meet or exceed expectations
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage time and prioritize work that result in a positive outcome
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable as the environment changes
