• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or Economics
• At least 5 years’ experience in business architecture or business process design
• Experience acting as a liaison between leadership, users, and IT
• Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
• Previous consulting or client service delivery experience (desirable)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence all levels of management
• Strong project management skills (desirable)
• Ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
• Experience working in an agile environment
