This Resource serves as a Product Owner on a Scrum Team . This Resource will also support the intake, triage, analysis, and resolution of system issues.

  • Minimum of 7 years of IT systems analysis or product owner/manager experience
  • Management or team lead experience
  • Experience in user-centered design, web interaction design and usability studies
  • Experience using digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Axure, Morae, etc.
  • Certification related to business analysis or project management such as PMI-PBA, PMP, or the CBAP
  • Functional knowledge of the HPF system or similar integrated systems
  • Proven experience working with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to write and perform complex SQL queries
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA
  • Understanding of healthcare insurance is a plus
