Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: – Installation, administration, and configuration of the following Software AG products in a Linux environment: CentraSite 9.9 or higher, Command Central 9.9 or higher, Integration

Server 9.9 or higher, Mediator 9.9 or higher, My webMethods Server 9.9 or higher, Universal Messaging 9.9 or higher, and Terracotta 4.3.1 or higher.

– Creation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment of packages and services on Integration Server.

– Creation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment of assets and policies on CentraSite.

– Creation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment of virtual services and policies on Mediator.

– Creation, configuration, and maintenance of queues and topics on Universal Messaging.

– Perform directly daily support of the ESB, currently implemented using Software AG products: CentraSite, Command Central, Integration Server, Mediator, My webMethods Server, Universal Messaging, and Terracotta.

– Analyze and plan ESB software maintenance, including patching and upgrading as needed.

– Perform and/or coordinate with client and third-party stakeholders planned maintenance of ESB software, including periodic patching and upgrading.

– Analyze and create written design standards for REST resources, REST-like web services, and SOAP web services in ESB.

– Analyze and create written SDLC standards (including versioning) for REST resources, REST-like web services, and SOAP web services in ESB.

– Analyze and create written technical specifications for design and implementation of logical environments on ESB software.

– Analyze and create written technical specifications for scaling of existing infrastructure to accommodate increased number and usage of ESB assets (REST resources, REST-like web services, SOAP web services, and messaging queues/topics).

– Create, configure, maintain, and deploy REST resources, REST-like web services, and SOAP web services as needed (Integration Server, Mediator, and CentraSite).

– Create, configure, and maintain queues and topics as needed (Universal Messaging).

– Analyze, plan, and install adapters for Integration Server, as needed.

– Train designated OTS staff how to perform advanced administration of Software AG products for ESB.

– Participate as ESB technical expert in meetings  external agency, and third-party stakeholders as needed.

– Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements or enhancements to ESB infrastructure design.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

– Installation, administration, and configuration of the following products in a virtualized Linux environment: CA API Gateway, CA API Gateway Policy Manager, and CA Developer Portal.

– General knowledge of best practices for administration and configuration of ESB and API Gateway, independent of particular software.
