• At least seven years of full life-cycle system development experience.
  • Extensive SDLC experience utilizing waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of Health & Human Services (HHS) Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) and/or Case Management software development and maintenance experience.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a client-facing role, analyzing and documenting Fit-gap and Functional Design.
  • Extensive experience with developing system requirements and functional design is required.
  • At least (5) years of experience with planning and executing system and user acceptance testing, preferred for HHS E&E systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Facilitate meeting discussions between business users, business analysts and technical analysts.
  • Document organizational policies and procedures in the context of system requirements.
  • Work with technical staff and business users to problem-solve and identify workable solutions.
  • Create and execute test cases, test scripts, data sets and user procedures.
  • Ensure testing results correspond to all Business and System Requirements.
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment and have exceptional collaboration skills with all levels of business and technical staff.
  • Strong organization, planning, problem solving, decision making skills and attention to detail. Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple tasks with minimal direction.
