This Resource supports the day to day procedures, processes and operations of core IT systems. These systems include; Windows and Linux servers, Server provisioning for on-premise hypervisor and Azure cloud, File Servers, configuration management, Antimalware, and Office 365 (O365).

  • Must have 4+ years of experience in system administration and support in a server environment.
  • Must have 2+ year of experience with automation and scripting automated common tasks with bash, PowerShell, or similar language.
  • Must have 1+ year of experience administrating O365 and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD/ADFS administration.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in system engineering and design in a server environment.
  • Experience with application support using IIS, Apache or similar web server/hosting products.
  • Experience with Cloud and virtualization platforms for server deployment (HyperV, VMware, Azure, AWS etc.).
  • 1+ year of experience with automation and scripting automated common tasks with bash, PowerShell, or similar language.

  • Consulting and engineering systems based on customer needs.

  • Planning lifecycle activities and coordinating replacement of physical equipment.
  • Investigating current and future technologies and suggest use cases.

  • Install and create applications based on customer and environment need.
  • Plan, design and implement changes to AD (both strategic and tactical) in accordance with industry best practices and business requirements to ensure for responsive user authentication and management.
  • Ensures integrity, recoverability, and security for the AD environment to reduce system downtime and customer impacts.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for authentication requirements and provide feedback, suggestions, and guidance to other IT staff when coding, testing, implementing, and documenting WAHBE projects to ensure AD security and integrity.
  • Maintain and document AD security, integrity, business continuity, compliance and audit controls of AD environment that are available to meet auditory standards and request needs.
