Warranty and Commercial Terms:

Statements of Work

Services under the DIR DBITS contract will be defined in a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW). Customers may agree to SOW terms to meet their needs, provided they do not diminish or lessen the rights or protections within the DIR DBITS contract. All services will be performed in accordance with both the DIR DBITS contract and the applicable SOW.

Pricing

Pricing for services will be directly negotiated by Customer and Vendor, and shall be set forth in the applicable Statement of Work

Warranty

Service warranties are governed by the DIR DBITS contract, with any additional commitments expressly stated in the SOW.
