Job Description:
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for core IT technical staffing requirements.
Review and understand technical job requirements
Create detailed job descriptions
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc. to assess their qualifications
Follow up with candidates
Format resumes meeting client expectations
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Research new technologies

Requirements:
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to learn technical information
Self-confidence and self starter
Office automation tools (MS Office etc.) for proofreading, editing and formatting
Good written and verbal communication skills
